Overview
In order to feed the Algorythms of the intelligent matching machine, you need to complete an extremely long and detailed questionnaire up front. The investment in time will pay off, however, don’t make plans for at least a half hour whilst you complete the detailed questions about yourself and what you are looking for. You are able to go back in to the questionnaire, and complete and adjust answers if you did not complete it, or didn’t give it enough thought.
You are also able to print it off and have a read about yourself, and how you come across. There is the one click email verification, and uploading a photo is easy. Once you are back in – you won’t see ANYTHING until you have paid. Your carefully selected matches are identified for you, as well as any visitors or visitors to your profile – but everything is blurred out – until you pay. Even the swiping game (have you met) is blurred out until you have paid your subscription.
Ease Of Use
Elite Singles doesn’t advertise anything except their intelligent personality matching tool, it is their USP – and marks them a notch above. They run an interesting magazine about dating in general and suggest that a match is made on their sites every 8 minutes. There was no evidence of a mobile app (but apparently there is an IOS and Android App) –however, they do run events in the top 4 cities in the England and Scotland. Elite Singles manually moderate all profiles – this will be no small undertaking with 100,000 people joining each month.
They also state that they automatically remove dormant profiles. The site is SSL encrypted, and there is a fraud detection system. With an upfront membership for a month of just under $60 this is likely to deter scammers from joining. There is the usual reporting function, if you wish to alert the Customer Care team about something untoward or suspicious.Help and Customer Care is found at the bottom of every screen. Help includes plenty of FAQs – but it was difficult to find the Contact page, to find the email address to reach the Customer Care team.
The Customer Care section offers an email address and a phone number in Germany – available between 9 and 6pm GMT+1. You can also Fax, and send a letter.

Conclusion
EliteSingles feels sophisticated — and rightly so. The platform has clearly been built for people who are serious about finding a meaningful relationship, not just casual dates. The Big 5 personality test takes time to complete, but it does the heavy lifting when it comes to identifying compatible matches — and the quality of the recommendations reflects that investment.
In terms of pricing, subscriptions start from around $17.95 per month on the 12-month plan, rising to around $57.95 for a single month. That is a significant investment, but one that tends to pay off in match quality. The premium price point also naturally filters out casual browsers, meaning the people you encounter are generally more intentional about finding a genuine relationship.
For educated, career-focused singles who have struggled to find someone on the same wavelength through mainstream platforms, EliteSingles is exactly what it claims to be. Put in the profile work, trust the algorithm, and give it time — it delivers.

“Good quality matches and the personality test at sign-up really helps narrow things down. A bit slow to start but the right people are on here.”
“Really impressed with the calibre of people on here. Mostly professionals who are genuinely looking for something meaningful. Worth every penny.”
“The matching is solid but responses can be slow. Feel like some profiles haven't been active in a while. Good site overall but needs a bigger active pool.”
